Completed move to Colorado to further my goal of meeting “her” while living there. Began to seriously evaluate my life and commenced research into Gender Identity Disorder. Began to realize I wasn’t some odd freak of nature, that this was an understood medical condition that could be treated if it became serious enough. Serious enough includes a broad spectrum of secondary but related issues, and could lead to an inability or unwillingness to continue with life as the wrong gender.
I would figure out when it was far too late to do anything about it that the “her” I was to meet was the women I saw in the mirror every morning. During my five years in Colorado I began to grow and learn in whole new ways becoming a better, richer person for the growth. I started to develop a sense of happiness and self respect I’d never had before as well as a level of self confidence that I didn’t think I was capable.
My career flourished and I was able to make as much money as I wanted, as often as I wanted and developed a reputation as the one PERSON who could solve any technology problem around. I was able to think “outside the box” and develop solutions and systems other people could only dream of.
